| Background | IL31, which is made principally by activated Th2-type T cells, interacts with a heterodimeric receptor consisting of IL31RA (MIM 609510) and OSMR (MIM 601743) that is constitutively expressed on epithelial cells and keratinocytes. Elisa plates were pre-coated with His Tagged Canine IL31 protein (0.1μg/per well). 1μg of Canine IL31RA, mFc Tagged protein and serial dilutions of anti-Canine IL31 monoclonal antibody were added, and Goat anti Mouse IgG(Horseradish Peroxidase Conjugate) was used as the secondary antibody. From the above data, the biosimilar(Red) and clone 3E1(Green) have good competitive activity, and Rabbit IgG(Blue) was used as the Isotype Control.
