(A) DMC100687 does not bind to K562 cells that do not express CXADR.
(B) A clear peak shift of DMC100687 was seen compared to the control when incubated with CXADR-expressing Huh7 cells, indicating strong binding of DMC100687 to CXADR. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
