(A) BME100048 does not bind to Jurkat cells that do not express Her2.
(B) A clear peak shift of BME100048 was seen compared to the control when incubated with Her2-expressing MCF-7 cells, indicating strong binding of BME100048 to Her2. Antibodies were incubated at 2 μg/mL.
