(A) DME100109 does not bind to CHO-S cells that do not express B7-1.
(B) A clear peak shift of DME100109 was seen compared to the control when incubated with B7-1-expressing Raji cells, indicating strong binding of DME100109 to B7-1. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
