In order to specifically detect BME100171, mouse anti-human Fab-specific antibody was used as detection antibody.

(A) BME100171 does not bind to 293T cells that do not express CD79B.
(B) A clear peak shift of BME100171 was seen compared to the control when incubated with CD79B-expressing Raji cells, indicating strong binding of BME100171 to CD79B. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
