(A) DMC100683 does not bind to CHO-S cells that do not express TENM4.
(B) A clear peak shift of DMC100683 was seen compared to the control when incubated with TENM4-expressing TT cells, indicating strong binding of DMC100683 to TENM4. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
