(A) DMC101095 does not bind to CHO-S cells that do not express TFRC.
(B) A clear peak shift of DMC101095 was seen compared to the control when incubated with TFRC-expressing Siha cells, indicating strong binding of DMC101095 to TFRC. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
