(A) BME100138 does not bind to CHO-S cells that do not express TFRC.
(B) A clear peak shift of BME100138 was seen compared to the control when incubated with TFRC-expressing Siha cells, indicating strong binding of BME100138 to TFRC. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
