Molecular Weight	The protein has a predicted molecular mass of 50.2 kDa after removal of the signal peptide. The apparent molecular mass of CXADR-hFc is approximately 55-70 kDa due to glycosylation.

Background	The protein encoded by this gene is a type I membrane receptor for group B coxsackieviruses and subgroup C adenoviruses.
